Arty Girlz this week challenged us to make something involving nature, now I love this theme and couldn't resist making an ATC as well (Yes! I am officially addicted!!). The ATC was made using glossy card, used a mixture of acrylic paints, cosmic shimmers and alcohol inks(just a smidgeon!!!), yes I know - some combination but they all seemed to work well, I used a baby wipe and sponge to blend the colours. It has a real glossy look which I really like. Used my Laura Ashley stamps and also a great set of stamps from Lakeland which I actually bought more than a year ago and they have been used to death!
My card is made using embossed vellum, I also stamped my flower onto vellum, cut it out and coloured with sakura pens. Added a cute little wooden butterfly I found in my local craft shop, buttons and brads.
