Basic Grey Challenge....

This week we're "Going Green" at Basic Grey Challenge - a bit of recycling
Well my base cardstock is from an A3 sheet which I found lurking underneath my living room table - well it's a chest actually and I keep bits and bobs underneath it so I had been rooting around today and lo and behold I found this super sheet of A3 cardstock from my local paper mill - well it had been hacked into but managed to salvage enough for a card, the red Rafia came from a presentation pack of chutneys!!! The red flower and green leaf are recycled from last year.

I used my new PaperArtsy stamps for the borders, trees and sentiments. I coloured in the holly with Sakura Pens, using the Wassail papers I stamped the three trees onto one of the sheets and cut them out - (They are one stamp) coloured them with Marvys and Stickles.

Hi Dawn, this is my second attempt to reply to you lol, i dont know where my first message went lol!

Gorgeous card I love your use of the papers!

I love the promarkers, I brought the hobby and craft set and the skin tone set as they had the widest range of colours, I am wanting more! I havent got any aqua as yet the blue in that card was called pastel blue, I like them as they have a hard nib which for me makes it easier to use than a more brushy one, they blend easy enough after a couple of practise gos, they are deffo worth it. joey xxx
