The Most Dangerous Cake Recipe Ever.....!!!

Oh Dear God!

Check out this recipe......

The most dangerous cake recipe - 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

We'll be nipping home at lunch time and making a cake!!!! LOL

Cuppacake instead of Cuppa Soup!!! LOL

I am defo going to try this out and might add bits of real choccie instead of chips!!! EEEK!!

Well, I just made one of these and my husbsnd & I polished it off PDQ I can tell you. I didn't have any chocolate chips but it was fab without. Fortunately (or not, depending upon how you view it)I used the last of my tin of cocoa, so there's no chance that I can make another immediately... but hey the shops are open!
It was just SO easy. Oh dear!!

Oh my goodness! Will I need this recipe? My DH is going to see his brother in the UK for 12 days, and I bet that chocolate cup cake will chase the blues away.

By the way, I have just started a cooking blog. Could I copy your recipe as my first post? Pretty please?
