Truly Scrumptious - Challenge 17

Morning!! and yaaay we have a lovely sunny day today AND I'm on holiday.. what more could a girl ask for!!

This week at Truly Scrumptious we have a fab sketch by Sharon and we welcome Angela as our guest designer. Do hop over and check out her blog and gorjusss cards!!

Sketch Saturday

Good Grief it's been ages since I did a challenge card, so today is the day.

There is a lovely sketch over at Sketch Saturday and I can't remember the last time I had a go so here is my card using my new kit from The Craft Barn who are also sponsoring Sketch Saturday this week.

The cutie stamp is by Sandra Dry and is called "For You" available at the craft barn HERE, don't ya just love that wee face!! The papers are from Craftwork Cards and you can find them HERE  along with lovely Xmas Candy Dots - gorgeous colours and designs.

The Craft Barn have just got their new Xmas Stamps in - Oh dear too much to choose from and all yummy!!! Well that's the budget gone for a burton!!! LOL - Look out for the Joie de Noel stamp plate - Gorjussss!!

We are still on Moos (2.8cm x 7 cm) this week at SCD and our theme is METAL.

Winter Wonderland Week 16

Afternoon peeps! Well I have been like a "Whirlin' Dervish" today, cleaning, ironing (GRRR!!), even cleaned out that dreaded boxroom that we all seem to have, mind you there was a bit of "blue air" half way through!!! LOl

So after all that activity I flopped on the couch for a bit - (nothing better than a good flop!!). Had a wee peek at Winter Wonderland and yaay it was Vintage Christmas - OOh I love vintage, so that was enough for me. Here is the result...

Something Completely Different - Week 18

Welcome to another Friday Challenge at SCD. Week 18 unbelievable!!!

We are still creating Moo's (2.8cm x 7 cm). This week our theme is CIRCLES.

Now if you haven't tried making a Moo or think ooh it's not really my thing, do give it a go, and have a wee play out side of your comfort zone...

ABC Wednesday..

Sorry for the late posting but my post was scheduled and surprise, surprise didn't actually post - Grrrrr!!!

So this week on ABC we are on the letter D for Die Cuts!! Boy do we love our dies so can't wait to see what you all come up with. The response we are having to our challenges is phenomenal .

Winter Wonderland - Mr Frosty

Hee I'm back again AND the ironing is STILL not done EEK!! My friend stopped by so that was a welcome distraction from that bloomin' ironing board!!

Had a wee peek at Winter Wonderland Challenge, I love Snowmen images so I just had to have a go!!

Oh dear there has been a distinct lack of blogging, I'm just about keeping my head above the water....

I have managed to do a card for The Craft Barn Blog using the wonderfully quirky Pa Iggly stamp available HERE at The Craft Barn. He is soo fun to colour with that wild mane of hair!!

Something Completely Different - Week 17

Morning!! Boy oh Boy has it been bloomin' wet, it just hasn't stopped raining.

Today on SCD we have a new creation for you to try out for the next few weeks.

"MOOS" are narrow cards 2.8cm x 7cm and such a great size to decorate.

Our theme this week is Black and Gold.

Now I just couldn't get a good photo, the light was terrible  and the black just didn't show up well at all.
