I made this butterfly box and used the cutie stamp Flamenca Ketto from Stamping Bella which I got as part of my kit from The Craft Barn Blog.. she is so cute and easy to colour. I used Pro Markers and glitter on her dress. The lace paper is from my stash.
This makes a great wee box for sweets, ideal for the Polka Doodles Challenge which is to make a card/project which is also a gift.

Well after having a challenge scout I decided to try Passion for Pro Markers - Sketch using Cool Aqua and Pastel Pink and Creative Card Crew - "Girls Just wanna have Fun".
I used this cute Pink Petticoat image which is such a fun download.
Well off to do a bit of cleaning and then off to meet some old colleagues from my Jobcentre days and have a good old catch up. This will probably be the last chance I'll have, as we usually met up on Mondays which was my day off from the shop, but I start work full time tomorrow - EEK!! The first day is always a bit nerve racking...
Whee I've been on a roll today but how could I go without a Mousie card and there are some gorgeous sketches out there in challenge land at the moment.

Oooh Mr Postie came today with my new kit for The Craft Barn Blog and there were some yummy goodies in it including this cute little stamp by Sandra Dry - "Home Sweet Home".

So I just had to have a wee play of course and the sketch over at The Pink Elephant looked great..The stamp is coloured with watercolours and some diamond glaze. The papers are freebies with some mag.

Back Again BUT I have made a BIG Boo Boo - Dozy Mere that I am!!!
I read the challenge over at Allsorts - Gorge sketch by the Lovely Dawny P and Chocolate and Marshmallow colour combo - Yum I thought!!
Well what went wrong with the old bonce between reading the challenge and actually MAKING the card - God Alone Knows !! Choccie and Marshmallow - Take a Look - I think NOT!! It's middle age mad cow - me thinks!! Just IMAGINE it's Choccie and Marshmallow!!! ROFL PMSL - At least I managed the sketch!!!
I used this cute Fairy Doodle image that Dawny P sent me - they are just adorable!!! It's coloured with Pro Markers.

Whew it's been raining cats and dogs for the past two hours!! so it gave me a chance to catch up on my DT stuff for next week.
I have got a new admin job at the prison and I start full time on Wednesday - EEEEK it's been a while since I did full time - 8.30-5pm so the blogging will take another hit but I am just so glad to be leaving the shop work behind!!

Well here we are with another week already and it's my day off!!
Lots of tidying and cleaning to do though - de-furring the fur pit!!!
Had a go at my beloved Mousie Challenge first.. and this week it's White on White which means all white apart from the colour on your image. Also the theme over at The Pink Elephant is Animals so my cute Mousie is being entered there too..
I really do love white space on cards and have done many like this.
This card features the cute "Twinkle Toes" stamp - isn't it adorable!! Coloured with watercolours and stickles. Used my Bug for the embossing.
Oh well the marigolds are calling!!
Afternoon! I've had a really lazy day today and EEEK!! I'm still in my jammys!!! Haven't done that in ages so it's been great !!! LOL
Had some crafty time too until Peaches jumped up onto my desk and got glue on her paws, had to chase her and grab her for the glue clean - Mmm! she wasn't best pleased.... she loves to sit on the edge of my desk and watch my every move, sometimes she gets so close you can feel her whiskers!!!
Anyway enough already!!! on to my card for The Winter Wonderland Challenge which is "Santa's coming to town"

Well I'm defo in Xmas card mode LOL!!
Had a wee peek at the Papertake Sketch and loved it... so here is my Xmas card made from bits and bobs of last years papers.... and kept it really simple!
Good morning peeps!! and boy! is it mental weather, got rudely awakened by a loud bang followed by lots of other bangs which I swear shook my bed!! Bloomin' rolling thunder and torrential rain - I guess it has been a long time coming because it has been so heavy and humid.
So today is my first card for the ABC Challenge and this week we are on the letter "W" for WINDOW! So we want to see those curtains pulled back and all your shiny clean windows!!! LOL
I have used a cute little digital image which Janis sent me last week and she is coloured with Pro Markers (look at that wee cutie face!!), the window frame is from The Craft Barn and I have coloured parts of it with chalks. I then folded some check paper to make a curtainy!! kind of effect !! To finish I punched flowers, leaves and butterflies..
It would be great to see you join in so we can all come and inspect your windows!!!
OOh there are so many good challenges on a Tuesday, it's so hard to choose which ones!!!
So I had a go at Passion for Pro Markers challenge using Ruby Red and Gold and also used the sketch over at A Spoonful of Sugar... The ruby and red immediately conjured up Xmas so here it is!!!

So Mr Postie delivered this wonderful package from across the pond courtesy of the lovely Janis who I met just while blog hopping, I left a comment on her blog and she E-mailed me to say she was doing a surprise candy and she wanted to send me this wonderful jewellery holder and some cute images too.. I've been scouring challenge land and settled on the Pro Marker one which has a great sketch and this week's colours are Cornflower Blue and Cocoa, I'm finding it quite hard though to colour with just two colours ... eek!!
